Well yesterday I had my doctor's appointment. It all went well. She said I'm 1cm dilated, but for now she isn't concerned over it since this is my 3rd child. So we'll see if I have progressed any more at my next appointment. Nothing too exciting planned for this weekend except having a small little family birthday party for the baby, and hubby is off Monday, so I'm sure if it's nice then he'll want to grill out. I'm not allowed to touch the grill...lol...and don't want to either. The last time I did, I ended up singeing my hair. Singed blonde bangs don't look pretty or smell good, just a pointer, lol. And I'll probably find something to clean. I'm going to rearrange the baby's room today.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. Have a great Memorial Day, and remember those who fought for our Freedom.

You know...I've never dilated with either of my babies...*thinks*

You had C-setions? My 1st cousin who lives in Texas, had her 4th child in March, she had C-sections with all of her kids too. I don't know if it was by choice or medically necessary. With my first I was induced, so it took forever to dilate with him. The second one...I remember my last doctors appointment I wasn't dilated at all, a week later very early in the morning I started having contractions...by the time we got to the hospital, lol, I was 9cm dilated.
ReplyDeleteShe told me the cervix tends to get lax with each pregnancy, so that could be why I'm dilated some already. I personally hope it just means I'll have him before 41 weeks lol.
I had 2 c-sections. The first one was because I had pre-e and would not dilate. (they tried to induce me) and the second one was because I chose to have one over a VBAC. After 2, you have to have a c-section since the doctors won't risk a VBAC. I got over the c-sections fairly easy...
